We'd love to have you visit

We know that visiting a church for the first time can be intimidating, but having an idea of what to expect can help. Whether you grew up in church or have never been to church at all, whether you consider yourself to be a Christian or you have doubts and questions about God, you are always welcome at 970.church. We are working hard to create a safe, judgment-free place where people can begin and build a deep relationship with Jesus Christ and with fellow believers, where people do life together in genuine community, and where people grow spiritually and fulfil their life purpose.
How long are the services?
Our services are about 90 minutes long and contain prayer, music and a teaching from the Bible that is relevant to your life. And you can drink coffee in the service (there's always goodies to snack on too).
Is there a dress code?
No. Feel free to come in clothes that are comfortable for you. You can “dress up” if you want, or wear casual clothes; come in dress shoes or flip-flops. We have no fashion police and God is interested in your heart, not your wardrobe.
What about my kids?
970.church values ministry and training for our children. We offer a Kid's Church where your children will be taught the Bible in age-appropriate classes. Our goal is to make church the best hour of their week. We also offer a staffed nursery for babies & toddlers.
Will I be singled out if I’m new?
Absolutely not. You are our guest. Our goal is for you to have the best experience possible. We would love to meet you and if you identify yourself as a visitor we have a gift for you. But you are also welcome to remain anonymous if that is more comfortable.
Will I be asked to give?
Not you specifically. Again you are our guest. However, there will be an opportunity in our services for those who consider 970.church their church home to invest in our ministries and mission. All donations are always appreciated but, as our guest, please feel NO obligation to give.
