970 Tactical Goals

Goals are detailed statements of the battle plan to begin, further, or realize part of the vision of the church. They are specific in objective and timetable. While the Mission, Purpose and Vision Statements are strategic in nature, Goals are very tactical and quantifiable. They define what is to be done, when it will be accomplished, how it will be measured, and sometimes who will do it. Many organizations group them by duration of time (short-term and long-term). Goals need regular attention to refine, reevaluate and redirect. These are some the “WHATS” of the vision.

• A building and property that will handle the growth and ministry needs of the fellowship for the next 10-15 years. Including:
  • Community center (meeting rooms and recreational areas)
  • After School program
  • Day Care and Preschool
  • Kindergarten
  • Sport & recreation programs for kids and youth
• Youth Group
• Full-time staff
• Multiple services on Sunday mornings
• Online Church
