Mother’s Day
We will be honoring mothers this Mother’s Day with a gift and an encouraging message from the DeepLove series. If your mother lives in the area or will be with you that weekend, be sure to bring her because you’ll have a simple but powerful opportunity to honor her in a meaningful way.

Compassion Sunday
Our church is participating in Compassion Sunday on May 7th at 9:30am. This is a national event that helps us grow in our understanding of God’s very special love for the poor. ShareFest
Last year people from over 30 churches participated in ShareFest. People of all ages worked on projects including cleaning yards, sewing, walking through neighborhoods picking up trash, painting projects, swamp cooler maintenance and making care packages for the homeless. When the church comes together it is beautiful! Annual Progress Meeting
The annual meeting of the fellowship. We’ll look back at God’s faithfulness and blessing in 2016 and look ahead to the exciting things we’re working on for 2017. Childcare is not provided but the kids are welcome to come with and sit with you.

The Art of Neighboring
What if Jesus meant that we are to actually love our neighbors? You are invited to join us for a 5 week small group study where we focus on who is my neighbor and what does it mean to be a good neighbor.
