Chase the Lion Small Group

Based on Mark Batterson’s best-selling book In a Pit with a Lion on a Snowy Day. Chase the Lion seeks to challenge the assumption that God wants our lives to be safe and comfortable. Learning from Beniah and countless other examples of people who were willing to go all in. Prayer Walk

  • 8:30 am – 12:00 pm
We will be walking the neighborhoods around the church praying and distributing door hangers promoting the FREE Thanksgiving dinner (on 11/19) and also extending personal invitations to those we might meet (no door knocking required). These neighborhoods are known for higher rates of divorce, fatherless children, crime, drugs, and unemployment. Our day of prayer is a simple plan, but an effective way to extend the Kingdom in Clifton.
